SALEM, Ore. (AP) — A Salem woman has been charged with robbery after giving cash to a man outside a pet store, then demanding it back at gunpoint.

The Statesman Journal reports (http://bit.ly/qzbOOM) that 26-year-old Meghan Fleming now faces robbery charges.

Police say that after giving money to the man, Fleming changed her mind and drove her car to where the man was and demanded the cash by using what turned out to be an Airsoft pellet gun.

Police consider that a robbery.

Salem Police Sgt. Debbie Aguilar says Fleming pointed the gun at the man in front of her two children. Her 19-year-old nephew in the car also demanded the cash and is now considered an accomplice.

Fleming was arrested Thursday at her home.
