MIAMI (AP) — Heat guard Dwyane Wade will not play Tuesday night against the Philadelphia 76ers because of a sore left knee.

Wade banged knees at some point in Miami’s loss at Boston on Sunday. Wade did some on-court work Monday and Heat coach Erik Spoelstra says Wade was able to go through the team’s Tuesday morning shootaround practice.

Wade will be evaluated again Wednesday, when Miami plays host to Oklahoma City. Spoelstra says the team is “hopeful” that Wade will play Wednesday.

Tuesday’s game marked the 10th Wade is missing this season because of injury. The Heat went 8-1 earlier this season in two stints without Wade, who was dealing with foot and ankle injuries before the All-Star break.
