SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Police say a man wanted in connection with a gang-related shooting that wounded a man and child in Spokane has surrendered.

The Violent Crime Gang Enforcement Team said Friday tips and other information helped investigators develop leads and the pressure likely led the suspect to surrender.

He’s accused of the March 4 shooting that wounded a man standing in a yard. A bullet also went into a house and wounded a 6-year-old girl.
