EDMONDS, Wash. (AP) — Police say a man arrested at a home break-in early Monday in Edmonds is responsible for six burglaries in the city.

Searches of his vehicle and home recovered stolen jewelry, TVs, antiques and tools.

Police say the 44-year-old Monroe man was armed when he was taken into custody leaving a home with bags of stolen property.

The same home had been hit Friday and police were monitoring the home, expecting the burglar might return. The resident was away at the time.
