Panel to discuss power of attorney

The Quarry Senior Living will host the quarterly Professional Senior Resource Panel presentation on the pitfalls of power of attorney.

The panel presentation and question and answer period will begin at 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, in the Diamond Theater at The Quarry, 415 S.E. 177th Ave.

The event begins with a 10- to 15-minute presentation on “Pitfalls of the Power of Attorney & Family Dynamics” by Vancouver attorney Dan Marsh.

Information will include how to avoid probate, irrevocable trusts and what to know when a loved one dies. Panelists will then respond to questions from the audience. The guest panelist this quarter is Samantha Petshow of Adult Protective Services.

Admission is free.
