COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — The U.S. women’s national volleyball team, which has already secured a spot in the London Olympics, will hold two public scrimmages in Southern California next month to prepare for the FIVB World Grand Prix.

Irvine Valley College will host the first scrimmage on May 19, and UC Irvine will host the second on May 26.

The World Grand Prix, held in various cities in June, is the last major international competition before the London Games. The Americans are the two-time defending champions in the event.
