NORTH BEND, Wash. (AP) — King County sheriff’s deputies have posted fliers at hiking trailheads seeking information about a North Bend man called a person of interest in the shooting deaths of two women at his home.

Sgt. Cindi West says 41-year-old Peter A. Keller is an avid hiker and detectives would like to hear from anyone who has seen him. West says he’s not a suspect and could also be a victim.

Officials have not released the names of the women found in the house where Keller lived with his wife and daughter.

The bodies were discovered Sunday by firefighters responding to a fire in the home. They also found seven gasoline cans in the house. The front door was blocked by a couch, but investigators later determined that was just a furniture arrangement.
