Girls take pills in Spokane school restroom

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Ambulances were called to Glover Middle School in Spokane when six girls reported feeling shaky after taking excessive amounts of an over-the-counter antihistamine. They took the pills in a school restroom.

School officials called 911 Thursday. The students were treated at the scene.

KREM reports (http://is.gd/OiLsd9 ) the girls were released to their parents.
