ADELAIDE, Australia (AP) — Star Australian racehorse Black Caviar won her 20th consecutive race on Saturday, taking the lead on the final turn and pulling away to a four-length victory.

The 5-year-old mare, owned by a consortium of families and friends in Melbourne went off at odds of $1.04 to win on a $1 bet in the Sportingbet Classic at Morphettville race track.

Those odds effectively made any other horse in the race — there were 10 starters — 20-to-1 odds of winning.

Trainer Peter Moody has penciled in Black Caviar’s first international race as the Diamond Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot outside London on June 23. The six-furlong race is part of the Global Sprint Challenge.
