LACEY, Wash. (AP) — Police in Lacey, Wash., have arrested a 32-year-old Olympia man in connection with a fatal shooting over the weekend.

Lt. Phil Comstock tells The Olympian (http://bit.ly/K1pibM ) that Ronald Michaelson was arrested Monday afternoon on suspicion of second-degree murder and assault Monday.

Police also arrested 37-year-old Victor Conquest, a suspected accomplice. He was booked into the Thurston County Jail on suspicion of second-degree murder.

Police do not have a clear-cut motive for the Saturday night shooting that killed 24-year-old James Kirk.

Kirk was found with life-threatening injuries outside of a home in Lacey. He was taken to an Olympia hospital where he was pronounced dead.
