Clark County wants citizen input on proposed park rules

Clark County is seeking citizen input on proposed changes to the park code.

The proposed changes include prohibiting tobacco use in designated sections of parks, such as playgrounds and shelters. While the city of Vancouver has banned smoking in city parks, the county has only had a voluntary no-smoking policy in certain sections.
