KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. (AP) — Keegan Bradley still has a hard time watching those tense final holes from last year, when he rallied from a five-shot deficit to win the PGA Championship in a playoff.
Looking back may be a little nerve-racking for him, but Bradley is confident as he prepares for his title defense this week at Kiawah Island — and a victory at Firestone last weekend only eases the pressure. Now Bradley can focus on winning this major championship without worrying about a Ryder Cup spot that is now all but assured.
After winning a major in his first try last year, Bradley’s best finish in one this year was a tie for 27th at the Masters.
