The Clark County Sheriff’s Office says a high-risk sex offender who sexually assaulted and raped a 12-year-old girl recently registered as homeless in the Vancouver area.

Keith L. Nash, 37, was convicted of forcibly raping a 12-year-old girl and is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to a sheriff’s office bulletin. He is not wanted by police at this time.

Nash is black, 5 foot 10 and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is known to drive a beige, four-door 1995 Honda Accord, Washington license plate AEM9528. He will be monitored by the Vancouver Police Sex Offender Tracking Unit and the Clark County Sex Offender Registration Unit.
