FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) — Sanna Nyassi scored in the 61st minute to help the Montreal Impact beat the New England Revolution 1-0 on Sunday night.

Montreal (10-13-3) has won four of its last five games overall and improved to 2-10-1 on the road.

New England (6-12-5) suffered its ninth shutout loss of the season, its third straight at home. The Revolution are winless (0-5-1) in their last six outings, having scored just two goals over that span.

Nyassi stole the ball from midfielder Benny Feilhaber, beat two defenders and fired a 22-yard drive to the top right corner past goalie Matt Reis for his fifth goal of the season.

New England had four solid first-half scoring chances, but none resulted in shots on goal at Montreal netminder Troy Perkins, making his first start since being acquired from Portland.
