TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Todd Graham has added a level of discipline at Arizona State, reached out to former players and alumni, even revamped the football offices.

In just nine months, the new head coach has given the Sun Devils a much-needed boost.

Now Graham has to keep it going in the way that matters most: by winning.

Arizona State hasn’t had a winning record for four straight seasons and turned to Graham, who’s had success at previous stops, to replace the fired Dennis Erickson.

Graham has taken an old-school approach with the Sun Devils, providing the program a level of discipline that wasn’t always there in the past.

The players have taken to their new coach’s ways and hope it turns into wins on the field.
