ENDICOTT, N.Y. (AP) — Bernhard Langer, Kenny Perry and John Huston each shot a 7-under 65 Saturday to lead after finishing the rain-delayed first round of the Champions Tour event.

Heavy rain Friday left the course unplayable after rain fell earlier in the week. It was mostly dry Saturday, with little standing water left on the fairways in the Dick’s Sporting Goods Open.

Langer resumed his round by making an 8-foot putt for birdie on the par-4 16th. He bogeyed the 18th.

Perry finished his round with five birdies, and an eagle on the par-5 12th hole moved him up the leaderboard. Perry is looking to win his second Champions Tour event of the season.

Defending champion Huston had eagles on the third and 16th holes to help secure the lead.
