Teen pulled from water at Klineline Pond on Saturday dies

A Portland teen pulled from Klineline Pond at Salmon Creek Park on Saturday afternoon has died, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office has reported.

Dimaggio M. Lee, 13, was pronounced dead at 11:11 p.m. Saturday at Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel in Portland.

Emergency crews responded to the accident at 4:17 p.m. They found that bystanders had found the teen underwater and brought him to the shore.

The teen was given CPR and transported to Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center. He was later transferred to the hospital in Portland.
