Senior living center offers wellness fair

The Quarry Senior Living will hold a health and wellness fair from noon to 3:45 p.m. Thursday at 415 S.E. 177th Ave. in Vancouver.

The event offers workshops on a healthy diet for older adults, music therapy, long-term care, estate planning, laughter yoga and alternative treatments to chronic conditions.

Registration is at noon. The first workshop session is 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. The second session is 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

A vendor fair happens simultaneously from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m..

Registration is required by calling 360-944-6000. No admission will be charged. There is a suggested donation of $3 per person to raise money for Parkinson’s Resources of Oregon.
