PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Eagles quarterback Michael Vick, running LeSean McCoy and tight end Brent Celek are all out against the Cincinnati Bengals as they recover from concussions.

Vick missed his fifth straight game and McCoy his fourth on Thursday night. Both players just returned to practice this week.

Rookies Nick Foles and Bryce Brown will again start at quarterback and running back, respectively. Safety Kurt Coleman (chest) also is out.

Kicker Mike Nugent (right calf) and running back Cedric Peerman (ankle) are on the Bengals’ inactives list.
