MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — Kyle Barone had 15 points and Stephen Madson 14 as Idaho defeated Walla Walla University 91-47 on Saturday night.
Mike McChristian scored 13 points for the Vandals (4-5).
Ryan Spady had 14 points for Walla Walla (2-16), a NAIA school in College Place, Wash.
Idaho took permanent control with a 20-2 run over 6:59 of the first half. Barone had nine points during the stretch, and Walla Walla went scoreless for 5:01.
The Wolves had a long drought to end the game, as their last points came on John Heinrich’s layup with 5:12 remaining.
