TORONTO (AP) — The Toronto Blue Jays have claimed right-hander Mickey Storey off waivers from the Houston Astros.
The 26-year-old Storey made his major league debut in 2012 with Houston, appearing in 26 games and posting a 0-1 record with a 3.86 ERA out of the bullpen.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound righty held opponents to a .237 average, including a .167 mark against left-handed hitters.
The Blue Jays now have 40 players on the 40-man roster.
