LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) — Linebacker Brian Urlacher will miss his third straight game because of a hamstring injury when the Chicago Bears visit the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

The eight-time Pro Bowl pick was officially ruled out on Friday. He has not played since Dec. 2.

Defensive tackle Henry Melton was listed as doubtful because of a chest injury. Receiver Earl Bennett (concussion), linebacker Blake Costanzo (calf), cornerback Tim Jennings (shoulder) and offensive tackle Jonathon Scott (hamstring) are questionable. Costanzo did not practice on Friday.

Receiver Brandon Marshall (hamstring), linebacker Geno Hayes (knee) and defensive end Shea McClellin (knee) are all probable.
