Girls basketball: Castle Rock 49, Woodland 41

Castle Rock connected on 90 percent of its free throws to win in this battle of Trico League unbeatens.

Macee Utecht led the Rockets wtih 21 points. Utecht, Maddy Fiedl, and Tierney Uhlenkott combined for 47 of their team’s 49 points.

Castle Rock was 18 of 20 from the line.

Kendall Grell and Jessica Flanagan led Woodland with 10 points apiece. Flanagan also had five rebounds and four steals. Madison Sorensen had eight points and a team-high six rebounds.
