Boys basketball: Davis 68, Battle Ground 29

Damien Ford scored seven points to lead Battle Ground in the opener of the Energy Classic in Gillette, Wyo., with a loss to Davis of Kaysville, Utah.

Battle Ground will play Casper (Wyo.) at 10:45 a.m. Friday in a consolation round game.
