Girls basketball: Stanwood 40, Skyview 32

Stephanie McDonagh scored 12 points as Skyview struggled with its shooting, especially in the second quarter, in a game at the Snohomish Holiday Tournament.

Stanwood held a 10-3 scoring advantage in the second quarter, which ending up being the difference.

Skyview (3-6) completes play in the tournament against Jackson of Everett at 4 p.m. Saturday.
