FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) — New York Jets defensive lineman Muhammad Wilkerson is expected to play in the season finale at Buffalo after going through a full practice Friday.

Wilkerson says he passed all of his concussion tests, and will play Sunday. He has also been dealing with a knee injury, but is listed as probable on the final injury report.

Tight end Dustin Keller (ankle), quarterback Greg McElroy (abdomen/concussion), wide receiver Chaz Schilens (knee) and linebacker Bryan Thomas (chest) are all doubtful and will not play. McElroy had been ruled out by Rex Ryan earlier in the week after the quarterback, who was set to make his second NFL start, revealed he was hiding concussion symptoms.

Wide receiver Braylon Edwards (hamstring, knee) and cornerback Ellis Lankster (concussion) are questionable.
