Carol Van Natta has been re-elected president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Oregon and Southwest Washington chapter. The organization held its annual meeting Dec. 11 in Portland.

• The Port of Vancouver has announced that Port of Vancouver Commissioner Jerry Oliver will serve as president of the Washington Public Ports Association Board of Trustees for 2013. Oliver also is the incoming president of the Port of Vancouver Board of Commissioners for 2013.

• WRK Engineers has added Matthew Cavaness to its staff as a senior CAD designer. He has more than 13 years experience as a senior autoCAD specialist. He lives in Vancouver.n Carrie Schulstad has been selected to be the new executive director for the Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber has had an executive vacancy since October 2010 due to the sluggish economy.
