Letter: Turn tax into education

Now that marijuana has been deemed legal by the electorate in Washington, the state can begin collecting taxes, hopefully at a high rate. Perhaps we can, therefore, expect to see a substantial increase in education dollars, so that we can finally educate people on the dangers of drug use and the stupidity of legalization.
