Boys basketball: Ridgefield 75, Stevenson 30

Michael Potter had 21 points, 12 rebounds and four assists as Ridgefield locked up the No. 2 seed to the 1A district tournament.

Ridgefield’s win coupled with Kalama’s overtime loss to Toledo gave the Spudders second place. Ridgefield will open the 1A district tournament in Kelso on Feb. 10 against the Trico No. 6 or the Evergreen Conference No. 3 team.

Sam Landerholm added 20 points, five rebounds and four assists for Ridgefield, and Max Ballantyne added 13 points.
