Man injured in train-vehicle accident in Ephrata

EPHRATA, Wash. (AP) — The Grant County sheriff’s office says a man in his 80s suffered life-threatening injuries in a vehicle-train accident Tuesday morning at a crossing in Ephrata.

Field operations chief Ken Jones told The Wenatchee World (http://is.gd/wBBxa3 ) the man would likely be airlifted to a hospital.
