Community health prize nominations sought

Clark County Public Health is seeking nominations for the Public Health Community Award.

The award recognizes an individual or organization for outstanding contributions to promoting and protecting community health.

Nominations are due March 16. Forms are available on the Public Health website, Clark County Public Health, and can be submitted online, mailed or hand-delivered.

A committee comprised of Public Health Advisory Council members and Clark County Public Health staff will review nominations and make a selection.

The award will be presented during the Clark County Board of Health meeting at 9 a.m. April 25 in the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St.
