EASTON, Pa. (AP) — Seth Hinrichs scored 22 points and Nick Petkovich added 21 for Lafayette in an 84-67 win over Colgate Wednesday night, snapping a three-game losing skid for the Leopards.

Jim Mower also had 17 points for the Leopards (12-16, 7-6 Patriot League), who wrapped up a sweep of the regular-season series against the Raiders.

The teams were close for nearly the entire first half, and with 6:17 left before halftime the score was knotted at 21-all. But Mower connected on a 3-pointer, a layup and a foul shot to fuel a 17-7 Lafayette run for a 10-point advantage at the break.

The Leopards cruised from there, outscoring the Raiders 84-67 in the second half to clinch the win.

Lafayette outshot Colgate 56 percent (28 of 50) to 43.9 percent (25 of 57) from the floor.

Matt McMullen was the lone Colgate (8-20, 2-11) player in double figures, scoring 14 points.
