PORT ORCHARD, Wash. (AP) — A sixth person accused of helping a man who fatally shot a Washington State Patrol trooper has been charged in Kitsap County.

The Kitsap Sun reports that prosecutors charged Steven Michael B. Banks with second-degree rendering criminal assistance in the Feb. 23 death of Trooper Tony Radulescu. They allege that Banks helped with efforts to plan a getaway for Joshua Blake, who later fatally shot himself.

The trooper was killed during a traffic stop near Gorst, in Kitsap County.

A memorial service is planned Thursday in Kent, Wash.
