WASHINGTON (AP) — Mitt Romney has narrowly won the Michigan Republican presidential primary. The former Massachusetts governor defeated Rick Santorum, who had waged a hard-fought battle for the state. Earlier Tuesday night, Romney easily won the Arizona GOP primary.
