Samantha Wise had 15 points and 19 rebounds for La Center, which took control in the second and third quarters.
“Sam Wise was just sort of unleased on the board and with putbacks,” La Center coach Kate Stevens said. “And our press worked really well tonight.”
The game was tied 12-12 after one quarter, but the Wildcats outscored Toledo 33-12 in the second and third quarters.
Katie Whitten has seven points, eight rebounds and seven assists for La Center.
