FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — Chad Glasgow has returned to TCU as safeties coach after one season as defensive coordinator at Texas Tech.

Glasgow was safeties coach on coach Gary Patterson’s staff at TCU for 10 years before going to Texas Tech. But the Red Raiders finished 115th in total defense, and Tech said after the season that a mutual agreement had been reached that Glasgow wouldn’t stay.

In announcing Glasgow’s return Thursday, TCU said Trey Haverty will move from safeties to receivers coach.

Rusty Burns, who had been TCU receivers coach the past three seasons, will share offensive coordinator duties with Jarrett Anderson.
