Hockinson — While setting up interviews with U.S. Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Camas, and U.S. Sens. Patty Murray, D-Wash., and Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., in November to get an appointment to West Point, Bill Schultz-Rathbun received a call directly from the United States Military Academy saying he’d received a presidential appointment. The Hockinson High School senior was the Hawks football team captain in 2010 and 2011, and has lettered in football four years in a row. He also was voted most inspirational in 2011, and lettered in track and wrestling.
