Skills Center hosts Winter Feast

The Clark County Skills Center hosts its annual Winter Feast gourmet dinner, Friday at 6:30 p.m. in the Skills Center Restaurant, 12200 N.E. 28th St. in Vancouver.

The meal is hosted, planned, prepared and served by the students enrolled in the Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts program. The menu offers New York strip loin, twice-baked potatoes and a trio of desserts.Tickets are $25 ($12.50 is tax deductible) and must be obtained in advance. For more information, call Robbin McColley at 604-1054.Teen Council will meet this FridayThe Washougal Public Library teen council will meet at 5 p.m. Friday. All teens are welcome. The library is located at 1661 “C” St.

Cupcake decorating set

There will be a cupcake decorating workshop at the Camas Public Library for teens in seventh- through 12th-grades.

Participants are encouraged to put their craft skills to work creating gourmet cupcakes, and then eating them. Advanced sign-up is required. Call 834-4692 for details.
