Woodland robotics team wins first place

Woodland — The Woodland Middle School Seabots robotics team took home a first-place award at the Intel Oregon FIRST Lego League Championship Tournament Jan. 14-15 in Hillsboro, Ore. The Seabots won the Google Data Center Project Award for Innovative Solution. The award recognizes a team’s solution to a research problem that is exceptionally well-considered and creative, with good potential to solve the problem researched.
