WASHINGTON (AP) — Manchester United has filed with the U.S. government to hold an initial public offering of stock and become a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange.
The English soccer power filed a registration statement Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The stock price and the number of shares were not listed.
Managers of the offering are Jefferies & Co. Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.
