Letter: Townsend promises justice

The Columbian
Published: July 13, 2012, 5:00pm

Josephine Townsend is uniquely qualified to be elected as a Superior Court Judge Department 8. Townsend exemplifies the character required to not just be a good judge, but a great one.

She has a deep passion for helping families and individuals. Aside from providing her clients with excellent legal representation, Townsend provides people with hope and kindness, which is a character asset that would transfer well to the courtroom. And with 20 years experience as a police officer, she can be as tough as nails when necessary.

Her campaign slogan is most appropriate: Justice is for everyone. Townsend will ensure that justice is found in her courtroom.
