Published: July 15, 2012, 5:00pm

Vancouver — Beaches Restaurant and Bar will donate a portion of its proceeds on July 24 to a program for blind athletes.

The Cashback for Blind Athletes event will run all day on July 24 at both Beaches locations — on the Vancouver waterfront, 1919 S.E. Columbia River Drive, and at Portland airport.

Fifty percent of each guest’s food and beverage total will be donated to the NW Association for Blind Athletes. Guests are asked to mention that they are there for Cashback for Blind Athletes to ensure a donation is made to the organization.
