Lions Club to offer free screenings

Battle Ground — The Battle Ground Lions Club will offer several screening services during Harvest Days.

The Lions Club Multiple Screening Unit will be open from noon to 6 p.m. July 21 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 22. The unit will participate in the Harvest Days parade and then set up in the Battle Ground Community Center family area, 912 E. Main St.

Volunteers will offer vision, hearing, blood pressure and blood glucose screenings. The screenings are free, but donations are always welcome.
