The American Red Cross Clark County Donor Center is holding a farmers market and blood drive to encourage donations this summer.

The event is from 1 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, at the Clark County Donor Center, 5109 N.E. 82nd Ave. Each person who donates blood will receive a voucher for free admission into the Clark County Fair, free Qdoba burrito at the event and coupons for free Qdoba food.

Blood donors must be at least 16 years old, weigh 110 pounds and be healthy. For more information, call 800-RED-CROSS (800-733-2767) or go online.

The community farmers market will highlight local small businesses, and the Southwest Washington Red Cross Chapter’s Youth Council will hold a car wash fundraiser. Vendors include shaved ice, farm produce, athletic centers, jewelry, health and wellness supplies and a trampoline activity center, among others.
