Liquor licenses

The following have applied to the Washington state Liquor Control Board:

Leticia Restrepo and Alvaro Restrepo, for a license to sell beer and wine at Becerra’s International Groceries, 3503 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver.

Rudyard J. Coltman and Geanna N. Coltman, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Brewtopia Restaurant, 8500 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Vancouver.

Steven Hilken, Michael S. Llorente and Vera M. Llorente, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine and kegs to go at Meast, 3200 S.E. 164th Ave., Suite 204, Vancouver.

Talal S. Aziz, for a license to sell beer and wine at 7-Eleven, 5600 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite E, Vancouver.
