JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Punter Bryan Anger has signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars, leaving the team with just one player not under contract heading into training camp.

First-round pick Justin Blackmon, who pled guilty to a DUI charge in Oklahoma on Tuesday, remains unsigned. Players are scheduled to report Thursday.

Anger, a third-round pick from California, signed Wednesday. The 70th overall pick was the highest punter selected in the NFL draft since the Chicago Bears took Todd Sauerbrun in the second round in 1995.

Anger finished his college career with 255 punts for a 43.5-yard average and 38.2-yard net average. As a senior, Anger had at least one punt of at least 50 yards in every game.
