The tragedy in Colorado is too horrible to think about without weeping, but spare me the loud and misty-eyed talk about gun control.
Gun control is impossible in the United States today, mostly for political reasons.
But we can tax guns at, say, 500 percent of the price, used or new.
That way, rich people will have guns, and poor people will have to steal them.
Not sure what this might lead to.
