Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Irrevocable Trust, also known as Garden View Trust, has purchased 3.16 acres at 1414 N.E. 112th St., Vancouver, from West Coast Bank for $175,000. Gordon Lewis and Bob Bernhardt of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller. Gordon Lewis also represented the buyer.

Vancouver Defenders has leased an additional 752 square feet of office space at The 500 Building, 500 W. Eighth St., Vancouver, from Clark County. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
