Columbia Way — The Southwest Washington Red Cross Youth Council held its ninth annual tea and historical fashion show on May 20 at the Water Resources Education Center in Vancouver. All proceeds from this event support the local American Red Cross chapter. This year’s tea is expected to raise about $2,000. Youth council members, all from local high schools, presented historical slides, music, tea and sandwiches, and a fashion show of period clothing and volunteer uniforms representing each decade from 1910 to the present day.
