Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Big Mac’s Auto Sales has leased 3,600 square feet of industrial space at M2J Business Park, 3100 Minnehaha St., suites A and B, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Maid Brigade has leased 2,400 square feet of industrial space at M2J Business Park, 3100 Minnehaha St., Suite F, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord and Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant.

Meineke Total Car Care Center has leased 6,200 square feet of retail space at 3420 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Hong S. Kim. The space was formerly occupied by AAMCO. Greg L. Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant.

Nancy Chalfant, president of Mandalay Accessories, has leased 538 square feet of office/retail space at 416 N.E. Dallas St., suites 207 and 208, Camas, from Lutz Trust and Barry and Rosie Lutz. Greg L. Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.
